For a long time I’ve always wanted an automatic milk frother.

I love drinking tea but sometimes there are certain teas I would love to make as a tea latte. There are times when I am having this kind of craving I will go to my nearby tea shop and purchase a tea latte. This satisfies my craving temporarily but I always find this option to be more costly.

Instead I wanted to be able to make tea lattes in the comfort of my own home. I have an endless supply of tea at home, so purchasing a cup of tea at a shop for the sake of having it as a latte makes little sense. Plus I own all my favorite flavors anyways 🙂

After many hours of research I decided to purchase the Aeroccino Plus Milk Frother by Nespresso from Amazon. It’s an automatic milk frother and I liked how it froths milk in about 70 seconds. It prepares a good quantity of delicious froth while having the option to make that froth hot OR cold depending on your drink. This is perfect for hot drinks such as tea lattes, cappuccinos and macchiatos, or cold drinks in the summer like iced tea lattes or iced cappuccinos. It makes this automatic milk frother perfect to use all year round.

Old Dutch Cast Iron Teapot Review

For some time now I’ve always wanted to get my hands on a cast iron teapot. It’s something I’ve been longing to own and add to my ever growing collection of teapots and tea infusers. Originally I wanted the dragonfly cast iron teapot from Teavana but found them to be quite expensive – almost $200!

After doing some research I came across the Old Dutch Placidity Lavender Teapot on Amazon. It was a fraction of the price and at the time cost less than 20 bucks! The Old Dutch dragonfly teapot was much cheaper compared to the Teavana version for an almost identical product. Continue Reading

Last December when I was blogging about the 24 Days of Tea Advent Calendar , I used my perfect tea mug every single day for every tea sample that I drank and blogged about.

While I’ll be the first skeptic to judge whether a product is actually perfect, because it rarely ever is, this tea infuser mug comes pretty darn close.

Carry Travel Mug by DAVIDsTEA Review

I was looking for a new carry travel mug to purchase since I was overdue for a new one, when I just so happened to be nearby a DAVIDsTEA (and when I say happened, I really mean deliberately).

I am a huge fan of loose leaf tea travel mugs and use them almost every single day.

They’re one of the most convenient ways to enjoy loose leaf tea either at home, at work, on the go, or all three.

As someone who is very active and always on the go, I was searching for a travel mug that would be sturdy and leak proof, while keeping my tea hot. I commute daily and either drive or use public transit, and as such needed something that was easy to hold, especially when my hands were full with packing and unpacking a car, or carrying lots of bags on a cramped subway.

Tea Ball Review: A Tea Lovers Best Friend?

When it comes to the question of which tea infuser to use in order to make the best cup of tea, there are so many options to choose from. Tea ball infusers, strainers, novelty infusers, travel mugs, to glass teapots. Which do you choose?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer.

Perfect tea mugs are great for enjoying tea at home, teapots are excellent for brewing several servings of tea at once, and travel mug infusers are a must for enjoying loose leaf tea on to go.

What is easily overlooked is an infuser that can be used in a variety of different ways without needing a separate product for each purpose. Wouldn’t it be nice to use one tool to enjoy loose leaf tea at home, at work, or on the go?

It’s been a while since I’ve been inside a DAVIDsTEA and now I remember why.

I spend way too much money in there.

I’ll admit the reason I went recently was to purchase one item, which was a cup of tea, so I could have one of their cool DAVIDsTEA Halloween cups!

What was supposed to be one purchase, turned into me picking up seven items, putting back three (not willingly may I add), and leaving the store with four.  Although it was hard to put back the three items, I left with four really neat products, one of them being the scoop n slide infuser. For some time now I’ve really wanted to get my hands on a Libre glass tea infuser, the pretty bottles made by Libre Tea.

I love using loose leaf tea travel mugs and am a big fan of them. I use them daily while I’m out and about, and even when I’m at home.

I’ve been very curious to test out how a glass travel mug compares against a stainless steel travel mug in terms of heat retention, spillage, and ease of use.

Since I’ve been eyeing Libre Teas pretty glass tea infusers for a while, I decided to go ahead and take the plunge. I purchased my Libre glass tea infuser from Amazon and the results were quite interesting.
